Thank you for shopping with us! Each item is made to order, and many of our products are personalized just for you. Because of this, we have special guidelines for returns and refunds:
Personalized & Print-on-Demand Items

Since these products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer error (such as typos, wrong size/color selected, or change of mind).

Please double-check personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it at no extra cost.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at giftedcomfortgifts@gmail.com
